we learn to do, we learn by doing” Thomas Jefferson After settling in and feeling they belong, children, will meet familiar adults and friends, do some exciting activities, have quiet cuddles and stories, feel safe enough to explore and try new things, help themselves and make choices and can ask for help at any time. Children are more likely to learn when they are happy and occupied by stimulating activities. Pierremont Park Pre-School follow a regular daily routine. Children are offered free time to choose from the huge range of activities and equipment as well as structured periods on curriculum subjects. Examples of the activities in which your child will participate during a session are listed under ‘Our Curriculum’.
